The September issue of Bon Appétit has a recipe for the Meatball Sliders served at New York’s The Little Owl. Both he meatballs themselves and the sauce are better than any I’ve tasted. They have taken over as my default meatball and sauce recipes. I made only a few minor alterations to the recipe to suit my own tastes.
