Dawn’s Recipes is now optimized for mobile browsers, thanks to a plugin by Crowd Favorite. Now if you’re ever wandering the aisles of the grocery store, wondering what ingredients you need for a particular recipe, wonder no more! Strawberry Shortcake

I’ve had a version of this recipe in my archives for some time, so I don’t remember where I first saw it. Supposedly it comes from the June 2000 issue of Parade magazine. I’ve made a few changes to it over the years, and I always get tons of compliments when I serve it. Wild Blueberry Waffles

This is a very simple waffle recipe. I like to make a big batch and freeze the extra waffles. During the week I’ll pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast. I actually prefer my waffles without any butter or syrup, so I can just wrap them in a napkin and eat them on the go. Depending on your waffle iron you’ll probably use about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per waffle. As such, your cooking times will vary. Check the instructions for your waffle iron.
