Source: Dawn Starbird

Ingredients
3 pounds kielbasa, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
12 ounces beer
16 ounces pineapple chunks with juice

Directions
Place the kielbasa into a large crockpot. Stir the ketchup, brown sugar, beer and pineapple chunks together and pour over kielbasa.

Place the lid onto the crockpot and set to high. When sauce begins to simmer, turn heat to low. Continue cooking over low heat for 4 to 5 hours, or until kielbasa is cooked.

    Hi,

I was wondering how do you serve this. Like with what other food do you make when you make this?

This is something I usually serve at buffet style functions. It’s great for pot lucks, barbecues (if you have an available outlet outdoors), family gatherings, etc.
