In larger quantities, you&#039;d usually exchange 4 tablespoons of lard (rendered pork fat) for 5 tablespoons of butter.  Since this recipe only calls for 1 tablespoon, I&#039;d just substitute 1 to 1. If you try it, let me know how it turns out! Sounds like a naturally great idea!</description>
