Stuffed Mushrooms
Recipe: Stuffed Mushrooms Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Serves: 8 Ingredients 2 pounds white mushrooms 1 stalk celery 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 6 tablespoons margarine 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning salt and pepper, to taste 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese Instructions Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop about 3/4 cup of the stems.
