Creole-Style Oven Hash Browns

Ingredients
6 large red-skinned potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning or 1 additional teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup olive oil

Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
potatoes
sour cream
milk
butter
Bacos®
taco cheese
taco seasoning
Directions
Bake potatoes; cut in half lengthwise. Scoop flesh out of potatoes into bowl, leaving skins about ¼-inch thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Spoon mixture into potato skins. Top with additional Bacos, cheese and seasoning. Bake at 400°F until heated through and cheese is melted.
