Strawberry season has arrived in the northeast! There’s just nothing that can compare to those sweet little jewels found at local farm stands. They are able to offer varieties that are far too delicate to withstand being trucked across the country. Another local farm carries fresh milk and cream. Again, these are not like what you’d find in a big grocery store. They are so much richer. Combined with fresh, local strawberries, what better way to show them off than by making strawberry ice cream?
