Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
½ cup margarine, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Next Layer:
2 eggs
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 cup margarine
Layer:
4 to 6 bananas, sliced
2 packages frozen strawberries, drained
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Top With:
1 large container Cool Whip®
maraschino cherries
walnuts, crushed
Directions
Mix melted margarine with graham crackers. Press mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan.
Mix eggs, sugar and margarine in mixture for 15 minutes - no more, no less. (Mixture will become creamy.) Spread mixture over graham cracker layer.
Cover with banana slices, then drained strawberries and drained pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle walnuts and cherries.
Refrigerate overnight.
Makes 1 cake.
